• Inquiry & Ordering
  Upon request and submission of the source text to be translated (preferably as an electronic file), First-Trans-Late will provide you with a non-binding quote first. Other issues will also be clarified at this point. This refers to reference material, target group/market, terminology, and so on.
• The Project
  Following your order, FTL will complete the assignment, while keeping you informed at any time you require information. Please note that your co-operation may be required to achieve the final win-win situation.
• Finalization
  In most cases, close co-operation between the client and the language or translation service provider (LSP and TSP, respectively) is also required when it comes to finalizing projects to the utmost satisfaction of both sides (this applies especially to localization projects), which provides the basis for a prosperous business relationship.
